I've been told that I can only buy a CD at Walmart with this kind of money. Oh well, it was better than nothing.

Well, it was a class action lawsuit and the State Attorney General was involved. Just wished I got more money considering the size of my CD collection.

Seems to me if they based it on EITHER your CD collection or your CLASS you would have gotten more action!

Rest assured, attnys on both sides made more out of it than the members of the class received.

Because several of the CD Manufacturers and Retailers were involved in illegal pricing practices (price fixing) which hurts CD buyers like you and I and the State of Texas decided to sue. They set up a website where people could sign up to join the list of plaintiffs.

Well, it might seem like a drop in the bucket to you but it's still 2 days lunch money to me (or more if you go to McDonalds and the like).
