I've been told I watch too much television by too many people to name. They're convinced it is rotting my brain. Would explain alot if that's true. I'm easily distracted and I find it hard to settle down and concentrate. I've decided to cut back and just watch the news and 2 drama/4 sitcoms or any 2 hour combination per night. Normally, and I am so ashamed to admit this, I would watch the news and up to 4 additional hours or programming per night. Programming, hmmm. Sounds about right. I have to prioritize. Eventually I'd like to step down to just the news and may be watching

Who: Kiefer Sutherland, Dennis Haysbert
What: Agent Jack Bauer tries to foil a terrorist plot to release a deadly virus in Los Angeles.
When/Where: FOX, Tuesdays at 9pm ET
Why am I so addicted: Kiefer Sutherland is hot. Dennis Haysbert is a tall drink of mmm mmm good. Carlos Bernard, me, a hammock and two Dos Equis...(day dreaming)
Show:CSI
Who: William Peterson, Marg Helgenberger
What: Gil Grissom leads a team of Las Vegas Crime Scene Investigators on the night shift
When/Where: CBS, Thursdays at 9pm ET
Why am I so addicted: I love the science of crime scene investigation and who doesn't love a good old who-done-it? Unlike people, the evidence never lies.
Show:Law & Order
Who: Sam Waterston, Jerry Orbach
What: You know. Damn thing's been on since 1990.
When/Where: NBC, Wednesdays at 10pm ET.
Why am I so addicted: I see the crime, I see them arrest somebody, I see someone go to trial, I see the whole process in an hour. Truth. Justice. Amen. Well, justice is served most of the time.
Show: House Invaders
Who:Various BBC Designers: Anna Ryder Richardson et al, Phil T and JJ (yummy).
What: A designer and two hot carpenters invade a home and use leftover wood, material and paint to redecorate 3 rooms in 1 day. Phew! That was a mouthful.
When/Where: BBC America, Thursdays at 8pm ET, reruns on Saturdays and Sundays at various times
Why am I so addicted: I love home improvement and DIY. I am a make-over whore.
